Estimates
All estimates are free with no obligation. Written quotes stay valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may change if project scope changes after the initial assessment.
Scheduling
We confirm every appointment 24 hours in advance. Weather delays get communicated immediately. We reschedule at the earliest available date at no additional cost.
Project Changes
Any changes to the original project scope require written approval from both parties before work continues. Additional costs get communicated clearly before any extra work begins.
Property Access
Clients must ensure clear property access on scheduled service days. Locked gates, pets, and vehicles blocking work areas cause delays and may require rescheduling.
Payment Policy:
Deposit
Larger projects require a 30% deposit before work begins. Deposit amount gets confirmed in your written contract.
Payment Schedule
Smaller projects require full payment upon completion. Larger projects follow a payment schedule outlined in your contract. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late Payments
Invoices are due within 14 days of project completion. Late payments beyond 30 days may incur additional charges. Ongoing service plans require payment at the start of each billing cycle.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable if cancellation happens more than 48 hours before scheduled start date. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled work.
Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellations
Cancel any scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance at no charge. Same day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to $50.
Recurring Plan Cancellations
Cancel recurring lawn care plans with 7 days written notice before the next scheduled service date. No cancellation fees apply with proper notice.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand emergencies happen. Contact us as soon as possible. We handle emergency cancellations on a case-by-case basis with no penalties.
warranty policy
Workmanship Warranty
We cover all installation defects for two years after project completion. This covers seam separation, surface failures, and drainage issues caused by improper installation.
Product Warranty
Material warranties vary by product and manufacturer. All product warranty details get documented in your written contract before work begins.
Warranty Claims
Contact us by phone or email as soon as an issue appears. We schedule an on-site inspection within 48 hours. Valid claims get fully resolved at zero cost to you.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, vandalism, extreme weather events, or modifications made by third parties after installation.
Liability Policy
Hubcity Landscaping carries full general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage on every project. We are fully licensed and bonded across all service areas.
We take every precaution to protect your property during all work. Any accidental damage caused by our crew gets reported immediately and resolved at our expense.
Hubcity Landscaping is not liable for pre-existing property conditions, underground utility damage where lines were not properly marked, or damage caused by extreme weather events beyond our control.
